Early bird registration:

Register by May 20, 2024 to receive early bird rates. Rates will increase for standard registration after May 20, 2024.

For presenter and author, after your abstract or paper accepted, the conference secretary will send you the notification of acceptance and registration link.

  Delegate registration  

If you'd like to attend the conference without presentation and paper publication, welcome you to register as delegate directly.

For student author:

1. Student author registration fee will include the conference package (all conference schedule except social program and academic visiting, morning, and afternoon tea, lunch, and dinner on September 7), conference materials, paper publication, paper presentation.

2. Only full-time student can enjoy the discounted registration fee.

3. Student author registration requests that 1st author is a full-time student.

 

For regular author:

1. Author registration fee will include the conference package (all conference schedule except social program and academic visiting, morning, and afternoon tea, lunch and dinner on September 7), conference materials, paper publication, paper presentation.

2. Onsite registration is unacceptable.

 

For presenter:

Presenter registration fee will include the conference package (all conference schedule except social program and academic visiting, morning, and afternoon tea, lunch and dinner on September 7); conference materials; paper presentation.

 

For Delegate:

Delegate registration fee will include the conference package (all conference schedule except social program and academic visiting, morning, and afternoon tea, lunch and dinner on September 7); conference materials.

 

For Author(Online) and Presenter(Online):

Participants safety and health is our priority. While AMMM 2024 conference prefer to have an in-person conference to the maximum extent possible, online presentation will be acceptable, besides the regular onsite presentation format (oral presentation).

 

Note:

One registration allows only 1 participant to attend the conference. If co-author or family member would like to attend the conference, please register as the Delegate. 

Additional paper registration requires that two papers have the same FIRST authors.

1 paper registration cover 6 pages, and additional page is possible but will be charged for 50 USD per page.

 

Exclusion of Liability：

The Conference Organizer will not be held responsible for participants' failure to attend the conference directly or indirectly occasioned by visa application deny, riots, diseases or any conditions beyond the control of the Conference Organizer. And thus, the conference registration fee cannot be refunded.

 

Cancellation Policy:

1. 70% refund for cancellations received before and on August 6th, 2024; an administrative fee of 30% registration fee will be applied.

2. NO REFUNDS for cancellation on and after August 6th, 2024.

 

Conference Site Safety Policy:

For safety of your properties, please take good care of your belongings in the conference site. The organizer will not be held responsible for any damage or loss by way cause whatsoever. For the safety of participants and properties, please be sure to wear the conference badge in the conference period. And participants are not suggested to carry unrelated people into the conference rooms.
